Ombrix Privacy Policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.

Tybright ("we" or "us") respects the privacy of users of the application "Ombrix" (the "App") and operates in accordance with the following policy.

1. Information We Collect

The App does not collect any personal information from users. All data, including the "Original" text that users save, is stored only on the user's own device and is never transmitted to any external server.

2. Account Registration

No account registration or login is required to use the App.

3. Data Transmission

The App (Android version) can receive data via the device's camera from a PC (Windows) using an animated QR code. This transfer does not go through the internet or any cloud service — it happens directly between your PC and the device running the App. Neither we nor any third party can access this data.

4. Permissions Used

The only permission the App uses is the camera permission needed to scan QR codes. Data export and import use Android's standard file picker (the Storage Access Framework), which requires the user to select a file each time — so the App never holds ongoing access to device storage.

5. Deleting Your Data

Because all data saved by the App exists only on the device, users can completely delete their own data at any time using the App's built-in delete feature.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

The App does not provide, sell, or share user data with any third party.
